안녕하십니까, World-OKTA 서부캐나다 지회에서 연락드립니다. 

 

World-OKTA Vancouver는 오는 2014년 6월 27일 - 29일 (금토일) 에 개최될 2014 World-OKTA Vancouver 무역스쿨에 타 지회의 준회원을 초청하고자 이렇게 초청장을 보내드립니다.

 

World-OKTA 에서는 지회간의 교류가 예전부터 강조되어 왔고 저희 Vancouver 지회는 같은 대륙에 있는 북미 지회들 뿐만아니라 일본, 동남아시아 에 소재한 지회들과의 교류가 꾸준하게 이루어져 왔으며 앞으로도 친분을 긴밀히 유지해 나아갈 것이라 확신합니다.

 

따라서 Vancouver지회는 귀 지회 준회원들에게 Vancouver 무역스쿨을 계기로 회원간 친분을 더 돈독히 하기 위해 이렇게 초대의 글을 보내드립니다.

 

귀 지회에서 Vancouver 무역스쿨에 참가를 희망하는 준회원은 첨부된 신청서를 작성하여 보내주시면 고맙겠습니다.  

 

그리고 올해는 특별히 월드옥타 김우재 회장님께서 저희 무역스쿨을 참관하신다고 하니 참가하는 준회원에게도 큰 경험이 되리라 생각됩니다.

Dear Whom It May Concern:

 

We are pleased to inform you that we will be holding our annual World-OKTA Vancouver Trade School this year from Friday, June 27th to Sunday, June 29th.

 

Our Vancouver Chapter has had the privilege in the past of gathering executive members from various OKTA chapters to guide us with their experience & mentorship.

To continue our long-lasting friendship and business network, we cordially invite the members of your OKTA chapter to join us once again for our upcoming event.

 

Kindly have your executive/staff members (must have at least 1-2 years of experience hosting an OKTA trade school workshop) submit the attached application along with your referral.  

Complimentary meals and accommodation will be provided during the course of the three days workshop. 

For those arriving early to travel around Vancouver, please advise us of his/her schedule for our records. 

 

Application deadline will be Sunday, May 25th 2014.
