LOTTE Chemical Indonesia (LCI) is LOTTE Corporation's first naphtha cracker factory in Indonesia. It will carry out processing of ethylene, propylene, mixed-C4, and gasoline pyrolysis with high temperatures above 800 degrees Celsius.

LOTTE Chemical's petrochemical processing complex will be able to produce 1 million tons of ethylene, 520 thousand tons of propylene, and 250 thousand tons of polypropylene and generate revenues of up to US$ 2.66 billion every year. Through this large-scale complex, LCI intend to strengthen its dominance in the fast-growing Southeast Asian market.

[LEGAL MANAGER]
Job Responsibilities:
- Support corporate legal activities, including licensing, compliance, and governance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel when necessary.
- Assist the Senior Manager Legal in handling corporate legal matters, dispute resolution, and risk management.
- Ensure all company activities comply with Indonesian law and corporate policies.
- Provide legal interpretation and guidance to management and other functions.
- Liaise with Korean counterparts and translate or interpret legal-related communications as needed.

Job Requirements :
- Korean (Local Expat based in Indonesia preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Must be a certified lawyer.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate legal roles.
- Experience as Manager or Assistant Manager level is required.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and labor law.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Korean and English (written and spoken).
- Able to work collaboratively and support business needs within a multicultural environment.
- Willing to be placed at South Jakarta.

[STATIC PIPING ENGINEER]

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee maintenance and turnaround/ shutdown activities for static equipment and piping systems
Review and approve maintenance procedures, method statements, and permits to work
Supervise maintenance execution: inspections, tests, welding repairs, NDT, pressure tests
Identify deviations from specifications or procedures and drive corrective actions
Coordinate with operations, safety, and inspection teams to ensure smooth execution
Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance tasks using SAP and AVEVA
Prepare and issue work orders, maintenance requests, and close-out reports
Track spare parts inventory, raise purchase requisitions, and follow up on material deliveries
Manage and audit subcontractor performance
Review and validate subcontractor invoices and cost reports
Interface with vendor representatives for technical support and verifications
Analyze equipment failure data; propose and implement reliability and cost-reduction initiatives
Maintain the maintenance records and KPIs in the system
Respond to emergency breakdowns or equipment trips as required
Mentor and train junior engineers/technicians on maintenance best practices
 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Minimum 5~10 years of hands-on maintenance experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Power Plant environments
Proven track record in both routine and turnaround/shutdown maintenance of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Boilers, Columns, Fired Heaters, and Process Piping
Strong familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to read and interpret static equipment and piping drawings (Isometrics, GA, P&IDs)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for root-cause analysis
Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
Willingness to be based at Merak Plant (Cilegon) and to work extended hours during shutdowns
