I am a graduate student currently pursuing a master’s degree in National Taiwan Normal University, majoring in International Human Resource Development. I am conducting this survey in researching the relationship between Social Interaction Anxiety and Workplace Well-being. Your responses will be great help to investigate the factors that improve employee well-being and prevent social interaction anxiety. Your participation will be the basis of this research and will have a major impact on future employee well-being research. As there are no standard answers, feel free to answer them according to your actual experiences. Any information obtained in the course of this study that can be identified to you will remain confidential. Once again, I appreciate your help.
This questionnaire is divided into six parts and will not take more than 10 minutes of your time. You are not required to identify yourself in any way throughout this process. I assure you full confidentiality as this survey will strictly be used for academic research purposes only.
